Information on the handling of personal data

According to and in conformance with article 7 of decree No.196/2003, we inform you of the following:

Purpose. The information provided in Curriculum Vitae that are sent to us will only be used for research into the backgrounds of employees considered for employment by our organization.

Procedure. The data will be handled using modern information technology and by people expressly responsible for the following:

- Entering the personal data and classifying the working experiences in a database that can be looked up via the internet and can be accessed only by authorized personnel

- Filing the Curriculum Vitae also as a paper document

- Deleting the CV from the database and destroying the paper document after 1 year from the date it was entered on the system. We will only hold personal data necessary for the historical management of the files

- Scope of communication and distribution. Personal data that we hold, may be sent to companies belonging to our Group and/or to companies that are our contractors, specializing in the research and selection of personnel on our behalf. Your data will not be distributed more widely

- Provision of information. The provision of data is optional. You will be able to uphold your rights, according to articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of decree No. 196/2003 by applying to the data holder

- Data will be held by Gallazzi S.p.A., Via Marcora 11 – Milan (MI)
